Code of Ethics for Principal Executive and Senior Financial Officers

The Board of Trustees for each of the MEMBERS® Mutual Funds and the Ultra Series Fund has adopted the following Code of Ethics for the purpose of furthering compliance with Section 406 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (the "Act"). Section 406 of the Act requires disclosure by management investment companies that are registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under the Investment Company Act of 1940, a code of ethics for senior financial officers of these investment company.
