Adobe Reader Help
Most problems with Adobe Reader can be solved by upgrading both your browser and your Adobe Reader software to the latest version of each. We recommend a browser of at least Internet Explorer 5.0 and Adobe Reader version 5.0 to fully utilize features on our site.

- What do I do if I receive an error message when clicking the "Submit" button that says I must be in a browser? Adobe Reader, Elements, Standard, and Professional Versions:
- Open Adobe Acrobat Reader, on the Edit menu, click Preferences, and then click Options.
- Check the "Display PDF in Browser" check box.
- Click OK.
- Open Adobe Acrobat Reader, on the Edit menu, click Preferences, and then click Options.
- What do I do if I'm prompted to open or save the PDF file?
Adobe Reader, Elements, Standard, and Professional Versions:- Open Adobe Acrobat Reader, on the Edit menu, click Preferences, and then click Options.
- Check the "Display PDF in Browser" check box.
- Click OK.
- Open Adobe Acrobat Reader, on the Edit menu, click Preferences, and then click Options.
- What do I do if the pdf does not display in the browser window?
Adobe Reader, Elements, Standard, and Professional Versions:- Refresh the browser window.
- Did the pdf display this time? If not do the following:
- Open the Adobe Acrobat Reader, on the Edit menu, click Preferences, and then click Options.
- Check the "Display PDF in Browser" check box.
- Click OK.
- Open the Adobe Acrobat Reader, on the Edit menu, click Preferences, and then click Options.
- Refresh the browser window.
- What do I do if a button on a pdf is not working?
Adobe Reader, Elements, Standard, and Professional Versions:- Open Adobe Acrobat Reader, on the Edit menu, click Preferences, and then click Javascript.
- Check the "Enable Acrobat JavaScript" check box.
- Click OK.
- Open Adobe Acrobat Reader, on the Edit menu, click Preferences, and then click Javascript.
